Artistic Landscaping & Design was founded in 1999 by Mark Meier. The company was started by planting a couple of trees for some neighbors and assembling a few sprinkler systems and fences. Those trees and Sprinkler heads led Mark to build a company that now provides high end, custom designed landscaping services to both residential and commercial customers.
